Do it for just three dollars! Ride the Pierce Transit Taste Express, sponsored by Penguin Windows, round-trip from TCC Transit Center to Pt. Defiance Park for $3 a person.  This fare is valid on Taste Express services only.  Five for the price of ONE!  The Taste Express makes it possible.  Up to four kids (13 and under) ride FREE with a fare-paying passenger, you may use your current PugetPass or Summer Youth Pass and ride for free.  For senior and disabled riders, a Regional Reduced Fare Permit must be shown with a $0.75 PugetPass.  For more information, click on www.piercetransit.org.

Parking is available at the Taste in the Funland parking lot, across the street from Point Defiance Park.  The cost is $10 per car.   Limited disabled parking is available after 11 a.m. daily inside the Park.  Follow the signs just left of the Funland Parking lot.  

Directions from I-5: Take the Gig Harbor/Hwy 16 exit.  Pass Cheney Stadium exit 6th Ave. Go left at light, take 1st right on Pearl St.  Follow Pearl St. to Point Defiance Park.  You will turn right on 54th St. (just past the Antique Sandwich Shop) to enter parking lot.  Look for signs - "Taste Parking."
