Total Booth Fee: $2,300 + 16% of net sales

NOTE: THE $1,184.50 DEPOSIT DUE UPON SUBMISSION IS 50% OF THE TOTAL BOOTH COST + PROCESSING FEE. THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE ON APRIL 10th.

Processing Fee: There is a 3% credit card processing fee per transaction.

Description: This is for vendors wanting a 20x20 space that will offer a larger menu of items. This is the only category that includes BBQ. No menu item or combo plate to exceed $10 on your menu.

NOTE: Due to the Destination Point Defiance Construction Project this year we have had to re-evaluate all on-site parking for the festival.  We anticipate that Metro Parks Tacoma will confirm areas accessible to the Taste of Tacoma® by early April when at which time we will inform and confirm the final plan to all participants.  Load and unload will NOT be affected and you can still drive to your booth, however your vehicle may need to be moved off site for parking this year.  We appreciate your patience – the improvements being made to Point Defiance Park will bring thousands of new visitors in the coming years.  Your booth fee still includes ONE parking spot however exact location to be determined.

All additional needs or services above and beyond what is listed below are to be arranged and paid for by the participating company through the official show decorator, electrician or plumber. If accepted, additional information regarding the above will be provided.

Refunds: If you withdraw your application within 5 days after it is received your deposit will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. If you withdraw anytime after March 10, there is NO REFUND. If not accepted, booth fee/deposit (less processing fees) will be refunded the first week of April.

Restaurant Packages Include:

  • BOOTH: One canopy with three sidewalls.
  • ELECTRIC: One electrical circuit will be provided; 20amp 110v. If you require more than one hook up you must contact the electrician directly for additional needs and you will be responsible for any additional costs.
  • STORAGE: Optional use of a 5' x 5' space in a common storage refrigerated trailer on site (freezer space not provided).
  • SANITATION: Use of any of the three sanitation stations with three-compartment sinks for ware-washing and potable water.
  • PARKING: One parking spot, however exact location to be determined (see above paragraph on Destination Point Defiance Construction Project).
  • ADVERTISING: All participants will receive mention in the event program and website inclusion (with link you provide in application, if applicable).
