10' x 10' Handcraft Vendor Application

$309.00 FEE INCLUDES PROCESSING FEE AND TRADE SHOW LICENSE FEE FOR THE CITY OF TACOMA. 

Processing Fee: There is a 3% credit card processing fee per transaction.

Description: Vendor that sells merchandise 100% hand made by the seller. No commercial or imported items in this area.

OPTION TO LIST ZONE PREFERENCE for booth location. There are three areas/zones at the festival where Artisan Food, Hand Craft and General Vendors are placed.  If you have a preference after reviewing map, please share.  REMINDER: Taste does not guarantee any booth location however will try to accommodate requests whenever possible.  Date of application submission will play a role in any final decisions on placement. 

NOTE: NEW this yearthe pedestrian walkway that runs from the path along Ruston Way/Commencement Bay is complete and will feed into the park/Taste of Tacoma festival along the gravel path located in our VILLAGE ZONE.

Refunds: If you withdraw your application within 5 days after it is received your deposit will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. If you withdraw anytime after March 10, there is NO REFUND. If not accepted, booth fee/deposit (less processing fees) will be refunded the first week of April.

Booth Packages Include:

  • BOOTH SPACE: One 10' x 10' space. You must provide your own canopy and booth furnishings.

  • ADVERTISING: All participants will receive mention in the event program and website inclusion (be sure to provide any links necessary).

  • ELECTRICAL: Power available for an additional fee.

  • PARKING: One standard parking pass.

All additional needs or services above and beyond what is listed above are to be arranged and paid for by the participating company through the official show decorator, electrician or plumber. If accepted, additional information regarding the above will be provided.
