You will only be permitted to sell items that are listed below. Any items being sold onsite that were not included here will be in violation of your participation contract. NOTE: If you want to add or change items after you've applied, you MUST contact the Operations Manager for approval.
Have you participated in this event before?
– NEW – In the past Handcraft, Artisan Food and General Vendors have been placed together in specific areas at the festival. After much discussion and detail review of other successful festivals, the Taste has decided to make a change in 2018 that we feel will benefit all vendors equally. Handcraft, Artisan Food and General Vendors will be mixed together throughout the festival grounds excluding the restaurant midway and sponsor locations. You can access our event map by going to the web site; www.tasteoftacoma.com and click the VENDOR RESOURCES link. After viewing it, feel free to write in below any preference or special requests. We do not guarantee locations however will note application submission dates during the jury process and try to accommodate as best as possible.

If you would like to purchase multiple booths, you'll need to adjust the "Quantity" on the original product description page that took you to this form. If you are purchasing multiple booths and do not answer this question, location changes are not guaranteed after the event placements are decided upon.
Contractual Information
This Contract is made by and between Taste of Tacoma® and the applicant, herein referred to as Vendor. The term of this Contract is from the signing (checking box above) by both parties of the Contract through December 31, 2018. In consideration of the mutual benefits to both parties, both parties agree to the following:

If accepted for participation in the 2018 Taste of Tacoma®, you will be notified by the first week of April. Your payment will be processed upon submitting this application. If you are applying as a restaurant vendor, the second half of your booth fee will be due no later than the second week of April.
